Returns and Exchanges

There is no returns or exchanges at Crystalhummingbirds. Once you purchase an item, all sales are FINAL. These are handmade items. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items in the mail. I have zero control over the jewelry once I have mailed the package. I am not responsible for you not liking your jewelry or the metal irritating your skin. I use silver plated wire wrapping but I am not responsible for any allergic reactions you have to the jewelry you purchase. Necklaces breaking within the first 60 days of you receiving the necklace I will re-string for free if you have all the pieces to the necklace. You must pay shipping both ways. If you want to re-string a necklace after the first 60 days of receiving it, for whatever reason such as breaking or you just want a re-string it, then the re-string fee is $14.99 for each piece of jewelry/item needing a re-string.
